For more than two decades, I've helped people reconnect with their wellbeing through practical, sustainable approaches to health. Today, Ayurveda serves as the foundation of everything I teach—helping individuals, leaders, and organizations strengthen their capacity, align their daily rhythms, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Rather than pursuing perfection, my work focuses on helping people build sustainable practices that support the way they actually live, work, recover, and lead.

My Journey

A grounded path back to rhythm.

Wellness Has Always Been My Calling

Since 2002, I've worked across massage therapy, fitness, wellness education, and holistic health—helping people improve both their wellbeing and quality of life.

Recovery Changed Everything

In 2013, a spinal nerve tumor left me temporarily paralyzed. Recovery became more than rehabilitation; it became a profound lesson in resilience, patience, and respecting the body's wisdom.

Discovering Ayurveda

Ayurveda gave me a framework that finally connected the dots. Instead of chasing isolated symptoms, I learned to understand the relationships between daily rhythm, digestion, sleep, stress, energy, and long-term wellbeing.
